Is There a God?
A. Introduction
Speaker notes:
Here is the one question that has puzzled every woman and man for many hundreds of years. Is there a God? This is one of question that has been asked that still has not been answered. History shows this is the one question that has caused people to react as passionately or as violently. Wars on many fronts have been fought over the question and this question has turned family members against one another. I don’t feel this trend of violence will ever end because this question could not be answered so all on earth agree.
B. Is there a God?
1. Can anyone really prove GOD exists?
2. In the end, do all people have the same type of beliefs about GOD?
Speaker notes:
As we think about these questions, we have to think the very answer to these questions is, “No” It has not been proven by anyone that God does exist. People may believe or have faith that some kind of god exists but that is all it is, a belief.
If there is a God and he or she does really exist, I am certain all people do not have the same beliefs about god. There is a Christian God, Buddha god, and a Mohammed god. There is also more community Gods like Celtic, African, and Hindu. Some people believe there is only one god that does actually exist, their personal god, while others are more open minded and think there are many different types of gods. However, in the end it cannot be proven there is any god.
C. What is gods determined make up?
1. Are Gods human?
2. Are Gods spirits?
3. Is God something in our soul?

Christians are raised to believe that God was once human. But their actual name for god is Jesus. Other people believe that acts done by a man or woman can actually make one a god. No one can actual prove that Jesus was god or other humans among us are also gods. Christians are told to have faith and believe in the word of lord which comes from the bible a human wrote.
