You are one of the project managers of a large scale, global Information systems project with about a 100 team members. A recent project that I was currently in was the planning of my friend’s bridal shower. All the bridesmaid (including me) had gotten together to plan a beautiful shower for our special friend that was struggling financially. My friend had been planning her wedding for 3 years, but unfortunately 7 months ago her sister pass away in a tragic accident after losing her husband over a year ago in Afghanistan.
