Club IT Part Three
Over the past several months of my internship with Club IT, I was able to observe the good and bad of the nightclub and the other parts of the business. During that time Lisa inquires for my assistance on providing her with a study on organizing a presentation about the organizational information systems (OIS) for Club IT. Although both know they have to modernize the business information systems (IS) and add a transaction processing system (TPS), and management information system (MIS), but are unsure what systems to buy for the business. In doing the modifications that would be for the best outcome for managing of the growing business and the various areas of the nightclub to prosper. In my observations Club IT is active in the evenings, and the customers are having fun, drinking, and eating, while the staff are hard-working and friendly with the customers. So in this proposal I intend on using the Porter’s Competitive Forces Model, explain to Lisa and Ruben the owners of Club IT, on how they can create their business to be extra competitive (Rainer,Turban, 2009, Ch. 2, p. 39).
