A job analysis is the process used to collect information about the duties, responsibilities, necessary skills, outcomes, and work environment of a particular job. There are several methods to performing a job analysis. The method of job performance, which entails with an analyst doing the job they’re getting specifications on. The analyst benefits by getting hands on experience. The structured questionnaire method is generally cheaper and quicker to administer than other and expensive to develop. Questionnaires can be completed off the job, thus avoiding lost productive time. Web-based questionnaires allow analysts to survey large numbers of geographically dispersed job incumbents, in English as well as in other languages, providing a breadth of coverage and a speed of analysis and feedback that is impossible to obtain otherwise.
1) A sales rep will be required to understand and follow how regulations governing maintenance and sanitation of each industry they are assigned to. Must become knowledgeable in OSHA standards.
2) Demonstrate and sell products. Understand and customize service packages and solutions and how they are tailored to individual accounts.
3) Must be able to communicate and engage with facility managers, health care professionals, and operational executives in their customer’s organization.
4) Should be able to provide staff education to our clients, therefore knowing the language of the industry is a necessity as it relates to cleaning and sanitation.
5) A sales representative should be able to generate and follow up on potential leads as it relates to selling full service solution base packages.
