Abstract

The world is still suffering from the latest economic crisis. Moreover, nowadays people are uprising in order to obtain more human rights, democratization and better living conditions. In this delicate situation, while some companies are struggling with some economic problems and debts and going into bankrupcy, some others are enjoying their earnings and profits. What are the differences between these companies? Why do some companies have troubles with their debts and how do some others make profits? Are the main reasons for this situation just economic crisis or ongoing uprising events around the world, or companies structures and economic indicators? Maybe something different? Can it be management or administration of company ? Or lack of leadership and entreprenuarism? What we are going to look for are the answers of some of these questions.

The latest developments in the technology made the economies of countries and market more dynamic. “In a dynamic market the pace, magnitude and direction of change continuously accelerates.” (Tarabishy, Fernald &Solomon, year) In this dynamic market, the companies either have to keep up with pace of market or disappear. However, it is very difficult for the companies to adapt themselves into continuously changing market conditions and to be succesful. Steve Case has stated the way which goes to success,” in terms of success, in business, probably success in any organization, but particularly success if you are focusing on being an entrepreneur, it requires the three P's. And the three P's are: people, passion, and perseverance. . If you have all of those together in the right balance, almost anything is possible.
