A Career in Education

Having an education is important; it gives a person a sense of freedom. That person does not have to work in a dead in job where they are less likely to move up in the corporate world. With the economy being down at this point in time having an education is a must, not a want.
However; being able to educate others is a gift. One has to have a passion for teaching while being dedicated to the profession. Of course, as with anything in life there will be obstacles but in the end the rewards will be well worth it.
I have always had a love for children starting at the age of nine years old when I would baby-sit for people that my mother worked with. As I became older I grew to love teaching children and seeing their faces light up when they have finally mastered an item. It brought joy to my heart to see a child feel good about what they have done and to know that I had a part in their success.
It is not my goal to become a teacher; instead my goal is to open child care centers that focus on multiculturalism. To give children a chance to excel above and beyond what is required by the United States government; to give children the opportunity to be what they want to be whether it is here in the United States or in another country.
Classroom dynamics will engage all children and not just some while teaching to as many different learning styles as possible. There will be tolerance of all persons in the class no matter what their religion, race, ethnicity, disability, age or gender. Students will have the opportunity to learn from one another in order to see that there are many different ways to solve a problem.
My inspiration comes from my own children. I want my children to receive the best education possible despite what they may look like, where they may come from, or what they believe. Each child has the right to be treated in an unbiased...
